In-Place Cleaning
- Cleaning using high pressure washers in cleaning cooling tower hot and cold basins, fillers and structures. Follow up siphoning of sludge and dirt thereafter. Additional hauling of debris and housekeeping of the area.
Pulldown Cleaning
- Removal of fillers subject to chemical soaking and thereafter cleaning of fillers using high pressure washers. Includes pressure washing of cooling tower hot and cold basins and structure of cooling tower. Additional hauling of debris and housekeeping of the area.
Replacement of Fillers
- Pulldown of old fillers and replacement of new fillers. Includes pressure washing of cooling tower hot and cold basins and structure. Additional hauling of debris and housekeeping of the area.
Siphoning & Brushing of Basins
- Suction cleaning through gravitational vacuum hose to remove accumulated sludge and dirt in cold basin and brushing of hot and cold basins to remove accumulated algae and dirt.
Rehabilitation Repair
- Rehabilitation of cooling tower structures. Repair of damage structures/frames/supports, re-piping works and mechanical repair works.
Minor Repairs
- Repair of basin leaks and cracks, repainting works of structure and piping.
Preventive Maintenance of Mechanical Components
- Electrical monitoring of cooling tower electrical lines, greasing of pillow block bearings, cleaning of fan motor assembly and etc.
Supply and Installation of Mechanical Parts
- Supply and installation of valves and cooling tower mechanical components.
